API to Toggle “Allow Raids” Setting (Streamer & Mods Support)

Please add a Helix API endpoint that allows streamers to toggle “Allow Raids” on or off for their own channels.

Also request support for authorized moderators to toggle this setting on behalf of the streamer (with proper scopes).

Use case: Streamers or mods may want to temporarily disable raids near the end of a stream or during sensitive moments using tools like Stream Deck or OBS integrations.
