# Best way to compare Twitch API response changes?

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a developer tool that compares two versions of text or JSON and highlights the differences.

For Twitch API development, what tools or libraries do you recommend for comparing API responses or identifying changes between two JSON responses?

I’m particularly interested in:

- Comparing nested JSON objects

- Highlighting added, removed, and changed fields

- Handling large API responses efficiently

- Running the comparison client-side

Would love to hear what other Twitch developers are currently using.

Whatever deep compare for an object that the language I’m operating in offers to run this sort of comparison.

Not really anything Twitch specific to apply here as it’s a lnaguage level problem
