For weeks there is a bug with the chat input in Firefox (newest version, 75.0 (64-bit)), namely that the chat input textarea is two rows tall, instead of one:
The reason for the two rows is easy to find out, the element has this attribute set to two:
On all other browser I tested (Chrome, Edge, Opera) the row attribute is set to 1.
