Clicking create button does nothing. Or am I doing something wrong (more likely scenario!)? Same problem in Brave and Chrome.

Please help, very much appreciated.

one of more of the following is occuring:

  • you are trying to use a name that is already taken
  • you are trying to use a name that contains a reserved word
  • you have a blank redirect URI

The form to create is not surfacing errors correctly
