# Can't create a new application

On [https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections](https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections), clicking “Register your application” just redirects back to the profile page. More specifically, [https://www.twitch.tv/kraken/oauth2/clients/new](https://www.twitch.tv/kraken/oauth2/clients/new) is redirecting to [https://www.twitch.tv/settings/profile](https://www.twitch.tv/settings/profile) for some reason.

Have you tried disabling plugins/addons and clearing your cache? Seems fine for me right now.

I tried both of your recommendations, but it’s still not redirecting to the correct page. The button redirects back to the profile page.
