# Can't use Mod Tools in Mod-View

When i use Microsoft Edge, i can’t use the mod tools which usually are there like delete messages, timeout users and ban. What can i do to make it work?

You’ll need to reach out to Twitch Support [https://help.twitch.tv/](https://help.twitch.tv/) for help with first party issues such as the Twitch site itself. This is a community for 3rd party developers and support for the various 3rd party products provided by Twitch.
