We are developing a website to show popular streams for games like Overwatch. How to gain access to Twitch API, as its asking for Games when I am trying to submit request. Please help

You can get a client ID by registering your application from your Twitch account’s connection settings. The developer portal is for game developers/publishers.

I’ve been working on the same thing and I’ve developed a site that based on a channel name:

grabs the game category  
displays top 5 streams in the category as channel logos
