# Error on bits transaction

Hi all.  
When i trying to use bits via js helper in my extension i got a error in twittch bits popup.  
In console i see request that check product eligible is failed with 500 error code

[https://api.twitch.tv/v5/bits/extensions/is-eligible/010](https://api.twitch.tv/v5/bits/extensions/is-eligible/010)

I can receive products list but can’t execute transaction.

What wrong with this?

Are you trying to make a bits transaction on a channel that isn’t a partner/affiliate?

no, channel is affilate.  
in my other extension on this channel bits transactions works fine.

if it’s important i use configuration service.  
maybe there is some connection that produce the error?

nvm its not random it only works on my released extension but not when im am host testing my dev extension?
