EU/US Privacy Shield / GDPR contract/agreement?

Hey guys!
Since we have registered accounts on this website to use it as developers, we are using 3rd party data to perform specific tasks, and sometimes even send personal data (as OAuth tokens) to you.

As this is considered personal data by the new rules and I haven’t found anything about it yet in the forums, how can european (and some other countries) complay with the new law?

In a lot of cases where we worked with 3rd party data providers (Google Analytics, AdSense, Twitter, Facebook) we had to sign an agreement/contract which enables us to use the data freely. Does Twitch offer anything in that direction to make sure we are using this data legally?
