How can I enable the password granttype for my app?

I am trying twitch API now. It seems like that the password granttype is not enabled for my app.
How can I enable it?

You must get your application manually whitelisted for password grant flow. Also since 99% of apps can be done with either implicit or authorization code flows, Twitch generally doesn’t whitelist many apps.
