You can

- consume eventsub [EventSub Subscription Types | Twitch Developers](https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/eventsub/eventsub-subscription-types#channelchannel_points_custom_reward_redemptionadd)
- consume pubsub `channel-points-channel-v1.<channel_id>` [PubSub | Twitch Developers](https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/pubsub#topics)
- for rewards that raise a chat message submitted by the user, you can consume it from chat.
