In v5:

> **[Reference](https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference/)**
>
> Twitch Developer tools and services to integrate Twitch into your development or create interactive experience on twitch.tv.

```auto
PUT https://api.twitch.tv/kraken/videos/<id>?title=<new title>
```

How can I achieve it in the new API?

Thanks.

Helix doesn’t currently have an equivalent endpoint for that.

You should raise this as a feature request
