# I can't send "Whispers" to anyone

Hi,

I can’t send “Whispers” to anyone from my second twitch account, I tried to a lot random peoples but everytime after I’ll write something and click enter I get information in chat bar “This account is no longer active.”

If you are trying on the main twitch website we can’t help. You need to open a ticket.
