Hi, I uploaded the cover art on IGDB at January 17, but it’s not updated to Twitch.

Am I doing something wrong? Or does it usually take more than a month?

I have a feeling the problem is that the box art is too small.

IGDB allows 600x800 but Twitch ignored the ingest as it’s “not dimenstionally big enough” for Twitch. But I could be wrong

And the guidelines have not been udpated to account for what Twitch does or does not accept.
