When ever a new Twitch feature comes out, PLEASE disable plugins to see what default Twitch does before patching things into your bot…
BTTV itself patched ~4 hours after Twitch deployed, Muxy, myself, Twitch Alerts were patched a good day or two in advance.
BUT, always check whats what with plugins like FFZ or BTTV disabled.
I don’t know if it’s been answered already, but is there plans to move the other sub notifications to display this way? Or just re-sub? I figure re-sub was done because of making use for the tags, which I know the others don’t use, but I’d like to plan ahead for it if it’s a possibility.

Are hosting channels still supposed to recieve new sub notifications?
The first-time subscription system hasn’t changed. It’s just re-subscription path that changed.
