# Missing event stream.offline on webhook

Hi all.  
For 2 days, my system didn’t receive webhook of event stream.offline of some users (only some users, not all users)  
I checked that user’s subscription by calling API GET helix/eventsub/subscriptions, and that subscription still be enabled.  
Something went wrong with Twitch Webhook System ?

This is being discussed in Discord and seems to be a implementation error on the users side.
