# My bot can't send a "whisp"

I did my bot with javascript (tmi.js)  
I’am testing all so, I tried to send a Whisper from bot when my bot recieve at chat the command “!register”  
but I get an error

But i don’t know what i can do to fix it , anyone can give me some light?

TLDR due to spambots on Twitch if you encounter this error you need to be a known bot
