I use Twitch API on my website to see who is on and Vodcasts are showing up as live when they are just replays. I was able to filter out playlists but not this. The word live is meaningless at this moment. For now you can check the `stream_type` property on a stream object and filter out those out with a value of `watch_party`. ---
