I submitted and extension of mine for a review but I haven’t go an answer after a week.
Is there a way to contact support and see how the process of review is going?

I’d suggest waiting until it has been at least 10 working days before attempting to reach out, as it’s not uncommon for extension reviews to take anywhere from 2 to 10 working days
