# Seeking guidance on commercial use approval request

Hi,

I emailed [developers@twitch.tv](mailto:developers@twitch.tv) earlier this month requesting written  
permission for commercial use of the Helix API, and sent a follow-up  
more recently, but I haven’t heard back yet beyond the auto-reply.

In the previous topic  
( [Commercial use of Twitch API](https://discuss.dev.twitch.com/t/commercial-use-of-twitch-api/64469) ),  
@jbulava kindly confirmed receipt for another developer. Would it be  
possible to check whether my request is in the queue as well?
