Storing VOD information and data storage restrictions

It’s a bit unclear how the restrictions for data storage work… Is the following case allowed?

  1. Request VODs from the latest week/month from x channels and store/cache these results for 24 hours.
  2. When the 24 h limit is up, discard this data and then repeat (1).
