See above my form submission, when I click the Crate button, nothing happens and not app keys are generated. I’ve tried different browsers and different computers, but nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong?

It is likely that the App name is already in use, so you’ll need to try something different.
It’s a known issue that names that already exist, or contain a reserved word such as ‘Twitch’, don’t show an appropriate error as to why there was an issue. App Creation doesn't surface name errors · Issue #831 · twitchdev/issues · GitHub
