As a developer of my own chat bot, I’m curious if there is any limitations to adding API to allow us to add/remove points to users and query the top users with points or even reset everyone’s points like seasons. Even allowing bots to trigger events as a reward for doing things like redeeming enough points/donating/gifting subs.

The only channel points integration available for 3rd party developers currently is the `channel-points-channel-v1.<channel_id>` Pubsub topic [https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/pubsub#topics](https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/pubsub#topics)

API endpoints are expected in the future, but it is unknown if we’ll be able to add/remove/query points or if Twitch only intends for 3rd party developers to just see channel points events but no other interaction.
