Twitch Live Streaming for an App

Hi,

We are developing a mobile app where the host organizes an event through Live Streaming. No interaction is required from the audience. Can we use Twitch services for that? The event length will be about 30m and we are expecting 40-50k audience. What is the average latency of Twitch live stream? What is the pricing model?
