# You have been blocked from using Twitch. Can i get un-blocked?

Nearly a month ago by fault of my own, I got blocked from using Twitch. It was my first offence and it came without warning. Is it possible to get un-blocked from Twitch because as of now I can’t access any features at all. Cheers.

Wrong place for this kind of request. It is for the Twitch API and SDK questions. You will need to send an email to [http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/emails/new](http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/emails/new) for your ban appeal or explaining the issue. If you are not sure if you were banned from Twitch, visit [http://twitchtips.com/ban-checker/](http://twitchtips.com/ban-checker/) and type in your Twitch username.
