Get announcements on Chat

Is it possible to get the announcements alongside the classical messages on the IRC client, or via another API endpoint ?

I mean messages sent with the /announce command on the chat, or this endpoint Reference | Twitch Developers

Announcments are broadcast to chat as a USERNOTICE with a tag msg-id of announcement

Here is an example
