Hey guys, I´ve got a question concerning the Twitch emote/icon Kappa: I gladly want use the emote on my forum as a smiley. But is kappa copyrighted ?? Or is it allowed to use it ? Or is there any smiley which everyone can use, similar to kappa ?
All emotes on Twitch are copyright and can’t be used without permission. The only exception to this is chat embeds using our supported methods. Sorry.
