60 fps is possible?

Hi im Wapix a new French streamer and i want to know if i can stream at 60fps with my config.

i5-4570 3.20GHz
AMD Radeon HF 7800 Series
8Go ram
SSD samsung 238 Go

i stream league of legends H1Z1 and some fps.
i got the optic fiber 500/200
if someone can give some advice it could help. (about buffer etc etc)
