Is it possible to add a purge option in chat, along with the current ban/timeout option. If there was a purge option it would make it much easier to remove something you don’t want said in your chat via indecent things and or spoilers, etc. Etc. As well as making it so you do not trigger someone you want to enjoy a stream/your stream by simply purging them or the one thing they said instead of timing them out and getting them tilted as I had done and seen in the past.
That would be .timeout username 1

We are looking to add this. In your timeouts, you can include a tag @target-msg-id, which will (eventually) remove the specific message targeted.
ex: @target-msg-id=1234-1234-asd-asd PRIVMSG #xangold :/timeout xantest 600
This has no impact currently in our website, but the backend supports it while we get the necessary things in place for the frontend changes. When it does, we will document this more thoroughly on our IRC.md page.
Does it carry over to the CLEARCHAT already?
Based on my tests it does.
