Adding drop to running campaign not working

Flow:

  1. Create drops campaign and add drops
  2. Change status to Test
  3. Watch and get first drop reward
  4. Add new drop to existing campaign (Move campaign to Disable status, add new drop, move campaign to Test status)
  5. New drop appeared on Drops & Rewards page, but there is no any progress with them.

So where is the problem? Do any restrictions exist on add drop to running campaign? May be there is a problem in move between statuses?
