/announce and /msg are not supported in mobile app

Hello.

Tested on Twitch mobile app version 13.3.1

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the app and open a channel with mod role.
  2. type /announce or /msg command and add the text.
  3. Send the message.

Actual behavior:
The message is sent in plain text and does not trigger the command or a chat message is displayed that says “the command is not supported”

Expected behavior:
The message should trigger the command and show the message the same way as the web page.

Not sure what /msg is supposed to do, thats not a chat command I’m aware of

However first party bugs and issues should be reported to the uservoice, not the third party developer forums. Specifically the mobile app category.
