Banned Users and Tokens

banned users:
We currently need to check for banned users on the backend server, why not have something like:
window.Twitch.ext.actions.isBanned(userId)

Tokens:
Why do we need to get a token for each app? Why not request it on installing the extension and then send it on join in the config?
