Can’t add game box art

Hello,When I try to upload boxart, I get an Unexpected error. The image is a jpg and 600 x 800 per their requirements. I’ve tried various quality settings to make the file size smaller and I still get an error.

I’m not staff and new boxart uploads are disabled even for staff
