there is a bug in chat. So, I would chat and it said it would ho through, but in real terms it doesn’t. Example: I was on my friends stream and he streams on a PS4 with chat bar to side! I said “Hi!” and it said it went through like a charm but on the chat bar to right it said its not there and would go to next persons chat! Also, people and chat could NOT see my messages, I tried a different stream, but the same thing happened again! Please Help/Fix!
