I’m new to all of this. Over two weeks ago I went into the dev console and filled it out to ‘claim’ our game. I’ve heard nothing. There doesn’t seem to be any way that I can find to contact twitch staff to see what’s going on, and I can’t find any record of my application in my dashboard. I’ve never gotten any kind of confirmation e-mail that the application went through either.
How long is this supposed to take?
When you go to either the Documentation, or the Developer Console, you should see a banner with the message:
Reviews for Extensions, organizations, games, and chatbot verification are temporarily paused while we revise our processes. We are working to resume reviews as quickly as possible and will share updates with you shortly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
So the process is still currently on hold.
Okay, that’s very strange. I’m certainly not seeing that banner in the dev console when I go there. Thanks for letting me know.
It’s a dismissable banner so if you hit the on it then it will have disappeared.
Also possible an ad or script blocker nailed it in error
