Control over components and overlay buttons

Hi, I’ve been looking if there’s any way to move control button for the overlay somewhere away from the buttons for components.
For now they are put together in the same buttons area like the image below.

Is there any way to move it around or to customize?

Twitch keeps this consistency for user familiarity

So developers are limited to controlling the icon only.
