Create Clip - Additional Parameters

Short and simple: when creating a clip via CreateClip, I’d like the ability to:

  1. optionally, define the clip duration in seconds (instead of just defaulting to 30 seconds). This has been requested by at least 1 other person here.
  2. optionally, define the title of the clip (instead of it defaulting to the current stream title)
