Dear Staff of Twitch,lately a Lot of Stalkers who are just lurking being logged off,just to gather personal information,for example when somebody is permanently banned he is still able to watch and listen your activity,and that is verry uncomfortable!

Once somebody it is permanently banned,he should not be able to watch or listen anymore! Please do something.
