Dev account: Cannot be created

Hello!

We are a small dev team in Estonia, and I don’t know where to write this but it’s impossible to create a dev account in Estonia.
Reason for that: 2FA SMS verification never goes through, we’ve tried 3 different phone numbers, we’ve tried to wait days for SMS to arrive, nothing works.
Would be amazing if SMS verification would work for Estonian +372 numbers.
