Extension use bits on channel without bits

Hi

Its posible to fake that a channel that i use for test has a bits enabled?

Context:

Im creating a extension that use bits , but my own channel don’t have bits enable because i’m not partner on twitch.

Its posible to fake this situation? before when Rig develop was work it did it.
