Feature Request: linkify steam:// URLs

Hi,

would it be possible to linkify steam:// URLs in twitch chat?
In particular I am interested in the steam://connect/127.0.0.1 type URLs which would allow people to join the streamers game by clicking on them, which is much easier than by copy+pasting an IP.
