I want to pull what channel one of my application users is currently watching. How can I do this? Does Kraken support this?
You’ll need to build some kind of tracking into your application. Twitch does not provide this information.
Interesting, since my site is using Cloud Flare, would Twitch block tons of request from the same IP to scrape channels? What about people who are not in chat, is there a total list of viewers per channel somewhere I could scrape?

No. There are no lists of people viewing a stream, only a list of people joined in chat, whether via web, apps or IRC. None of them might actually be watching!
