Headset wont work with OBS

Hello everyone,

Im new with twich and im streaming from OBS.
Now ive got an problem.
My Headset (kraken 7,1) doenst work with OBS for some reason.
This is the error it gives when im trying to press “Start streaming”.

Unable to initialize device Earpads (oortelefoon) ( Razer kraken 7.1).

The kraken launcher is incompatible With OBS. Please disable it (Run msgconfig and disable it from startup) or use the 64 bit version of OBS to work around the issue.

I dont get it. it used to work…
