Helix - Data from offline streams?

In the past, we were able to fetch informations about the last stream (game name / id, stream title, etc.), even if the given user is currently not streaming. This information seems to be gone.

Are there plans to re-implement this information? Or do we have to build our own caches for that?

They don’t typically talk about future releases aside from their roadmap (where it’s not explicitly stated). That being said, it’s probably safe to assume some level of feature parity between APIs before v5 is disabled.
