Helix/streams does not return all streams

Hi,

I’m testing with the following request with 34 user IDs:

https://api.twitch.tv/helix/streams/?user_id=12345&user_id=67890&user_id=54321&user_id= [...] &first=34

All 34 are IDs followed by me, out of which 5 are live at the time of testing. The request returns only two streams. What could be happening here?

Another streamer has come online since posting, now the response shows 3 out of 6 streams.

The problem persists. The streams endpoint was in degraded state at the time of posting, but that was not the issue.
