Hello I have a problem with my twitch channel

1 week ago ı create a new channel in twitch

6 days ago my followers dont see me in their follow list, and my channel is offline when ı online
My followers dont see me
My category is not working

I ticket 2 time twitch support.

Somebody help me!!!
