I have checked the API docs and don’t see a way to obtain the number of followers for a particular game.
Let’s take “Resident Evil 4” as an example - I would want the API call to return 418,667 Followers or something close to that as people follow and unfollow.
Is this possible?
As far as I’m aware there’s no easy way to get that data, even game developers don’t have that in the game analytics they have access to, likely because it’s not a very useful metric.
Hmmm, that’s a pest. I would find it useful for what I want to do!
Maybe ill just do it via a scraping technique then.
Keep in mind that anything other than what is documented for 3rd parties is unsupported, and may potentially be a violation of Twitch’s Developer Agreement/ToS.
