Many streamers use streamtip.com. It’s free and you get a nice overview of your tips, it’s also easy to set up on screen notifications with for example nightdevs alert system.
Just go to https://streamtip.com and sign in with twitch, then click your name top right and select account.
Set up a method for receiving payments (paypal is the most common i guess) and then your donation link will be streamtip.com/t/yourusername
there’s also TwitchAlerts
and SupportTheStream
and ImRaising
and probably tons of other ones, google it.
you can always add a direct paypal button too, here, but you should use a business account for that, so you don’t spread your real name everywhere
