Hey everyone - sorry if I chose the wrong category.
I’m a developer at a game called Eternal Return: Black Survival. Previously the game was known as Black Survival: Eternal Return, which is how it is displayed on Twitch.
We’ve updated the game name on Giant Bomb, but Twitch still uses the old one. How can I get that updated in Twitch so it displays the updated name, Eternal Return: Black Survival?
I am not 100% sure, but i don’t think there is an external page for that, as this rarely happens. Probably it would be best to contact their support and explain your situation. They should know a way of changing it manually.
But maybe someone else in here knows a way for the developers to do this.
Contact GiantBomb support? They’d be the ones in charge of changing the name on Twitch?
Sorry i misread something. I think you would have to contact Twitch support, to tell them that the current name is outdated. I dont think there is any connection between GiantBomb and Twitch.

In any case- the current Giantbomb page has “Eternal Return”, but no subtitle. We do have a game under that name here: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Eternal%20Return
If that’s not correct, please update with the full title and I can pull that update in for you.
Ah. The “Eternal Return” on twitch isn’t ours. I guess it would be easier to add the subtitle on Giant Bomb then.
Will all the stats from the game carry over to the new name?
Yes- as long as the category is the same, when we rename we carry over follows and the like.
