How to delete an extension version?

I had an error where the “Create Version” dialog gave me an incorrect input error (“Must be #.#.#”, when it was). I saw a similar historical issues where the user reported that the versions were created, but can only be seen after a page refresh.

Now I’ve got four garbage versions in “local test” state. How can clean them up?
